Built a shared design system and UI kit from scattered patterns — color, type, spacing tokens, components, and documentation that three product teams now build on.
The work
Process
Inventoried 40+ inconsistent buttons across the product, consolidated to a single audited set, and documented every state. Set up a Figma-to-code workflow with weekly office hours.
Outcome
New feature UI now ships about 30% faster, and visual QA bugs fell noticeably as teams reused audited components instead of rebuilding them screen by screen.
